Dawn earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services from Springfield College. She also earned a Master of Science in Organizational Management and Leadership in 2003. Dawn has worked in the Social services field for over 20 years in the Tampa Bay area and has been with the North Tampa Family Resource Center since 2019.

Marjorie is originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida and is of Haitian descent. She graduated from the University of South Florida in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. In addition to working as a Family Specialist at the CBFRC, she is a Match Support Specialist with Big Brother’s Big Sisters of Tampa Bay. Marjorie has been with the Children's Board Family Resource Centers since 2020.

Ariane N. obtained her Social Work Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Puerto Rico when she decided to move to the states after the Hurricane Maria passed through Puerto Rico. She developed herself working at a private charity in Pennsylvania until she decided to move to Florida driven by the warmth and the desire to build a family. Ariane enjoys music, being reliable and having the opportunity to serve others while working at the Children’s Board Family Resource Center.

Lauren Cook comes to the Children's Board Family Resource Center from Colorado. After several years working in the nonprofit world, Lauren chose to relocate to the sun, sand, and surf of the Tampa Bay area, and fell in love with the idea of serving the community through the local Children's Board Family Resource Centers! Lauren is passionate about serving the community and creating opportunities for positive change for anyone who walks through the doors of the Children's Board Family Resource Center!
